Who we are

The Big Lawn Music Festival is an annual outdoor DIY festival held in upstate New York. This year, we're proud to be back at Plan Bee Farm Brewery in Poughkeepsie New York, celebrating the sixth anniversary of the festival, where we'll host 10 acts for a full day of live music. 

The line up consists of a mix of local Hudson Valley bands with NYC artists, ranging from indie, to rock, to rap. We're especially proud to have women, queer, and gender non-conforming folks highlighted on our stage. This festival is a way for up and coming artists to reach an audience and get to know other bands. Audience members are encouraged to tip the bands and follow along with their journeys.

2026 Festival Submissions are now OPEN!

Main stage submissions for the 2026 Big Lawn Music Festival are now open! All are welcome to apply, though we are especially looking to highlight women, queer, and marginalized musicians. Apply by filling out the google form below, we do not accept submissions via email or instagram.
